Overview

At Apollo To Go Supply by Aurea Texas LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of your item.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been:

  • Approved
  • Rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  • Contact your bank

Sale Items
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded
  • Sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at:

Return instructions and warehouse details will be provided via email.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • A gift certificate will be issued after the returned item is received

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • A refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must send it to our warehouse. Return instructions will be shared upon request.

Important notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

For higher-value items:

  • Use a trackable shipping service
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
